Project HOME's Healthcare Services is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides high quality, low barrier, and affordable health and wellness care accessible to medically underserved populations in Philadelphia, particularly persons who have experienced homelessness and low income persons at-risk of homelessness in the Lower North Philadelphia community.
