Project HOME, Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation Win Blue Ribbon for Francis House of Peace

Last month, Project HOME and the Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation (PCDC) were awarded the Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporation's (PACDC) 2017 Blue Ribbon for the development of the Francis House of Peace residence.

PACDC's award recognizes "outstanding achievement by community development corporations" that advance the organization's vision that "vibrant and diverse neighborhoods across Philadelphia that equitably meet the needs of all community members, preserve and enhance community assets, and foster a stronger city and region."

Project HOME previously won the award in 2008 for homeownership development in North Philadelphia.
