Happy To Be At Home

Earlier this year, Project HOME’s Property Management Department did its periodic survey of all our residents.  In an efforts to maintain the highest standards and to be most effective in our mission, we sought residents’ input, feedback, and comments on matters ranging from the building’s physical appearance, to staff accessibility and professionalism, to the sense of community felt among residents and the satisfaction with the community events.  We assess all the feedback and identify ways we can improve and best meet the needs of our community members.

In this last survey, we were deeply gratified, proud, and excited at a large degree of very positive feelings about the experience of living at Project HOME.  Of course, we are hardly perfect and we are always working to grow and improve.  But we were moved by many of the comments with residents, which we share here:

  • “On February 25, 2016 I received my keys to my apartment and I fell in love with it. I’ve worked hard to get it and I will work hard to keep it. I am in it for the long hall. Thank you Project HOME!!”
  • “The entire staff is very lovely. They are simply awesome. We are a FAMILY”
  • “All staff, from front desk to property management, building maintenance, case workers and cleaning crew are all polite, respectful and efficient at performing their duties. I respect and appreciate how an affordable housing opportunity works so well to house residents, and provide social and educational opportunities.”
