Gathering Names for Homeless Memorial Day 2014

The Philadelphia Homeless Memorial Day Planning Committee is reaching out to you to help gather the names of the women, men, and children that died in our community in 2014 (and since last year’s remembrance on 12/19/13). This year’s Homeless Memorial Day will take place on Thursday, December 18th. We hope you will join us.
 
Please submit the names of people who were experienging homeless at the time of their death and previously experienced homeless who died in 2014 to be included in the remembrance list directly to Kaitlyn Snyder at [email protected] or 215-232-7272, ext. 3031. If you submit a name via email or phone please include as much information as you have and feel comfortable sharing (see list below or download spreadsheet at the bottom).  We need your help to make sure that we are including ALL the people in our community who were homeless and formerly homeless who passed away this year.  Please submit names by Friday, December 5th, 2014. Please share  with your colleagues.
