Free Birth Certificate Clinic hosted by The Homeless Advocacy Project

On Tuesday, December 5 between 3 pm and 4 pm The Homeless Advocacy Project (HAP) will host a free birth certificate clinic at 1515 Fairmount Avenue. The event is open to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. There will be advocates available to assist with birth certificate requests. See below for additional details.
Important Information:
- HAP will only request one birth certificate within a one year period.
- Birth certificates requested at this clinic may not be back before April 6, 2018.
- HAP does not help individuals obtain PennDOT identification.
