(LCD) that provides on-site free high-quality legal services to low-income patients with physical disabilities. The goal of the project is to address the health-harming legal needs of our patients.
Services include:

- Public Benefits
- Housing and Utilities Assistance
- Consumer Debt
- Domestic Violence
- Custody / Divorce / Support
- Long-term Planning Documents
- Employment issues
Attorneys from LCD work alongside healthcare providers and educate both patients and providers on common legal issues faced by low-income clients. In order to be eligible for services a patient must have a household income below 150 percent of the Federal poverty line and a physical disability.
