...

The Project HOME College Access Program is an after school and summer program designed for 9th – 12th grade students who have a vested interest in preparing themselves for college, trade school, and future careers. The program prepares teens for success after high school by providing support with academic retention, post-secondary education planning, and career readiness.

Students are required to attend the program two times per week. One evening per week, students participate in a seminar based on their grade level. Seminars encourage life skill building, professional development, identity and career exploration, and post-secondary planning. The second evening, students participate in a creative elective, and can choose between the following options:

· Music production,

· Film and photography,

· Culinary arts,

· Robotics,

· SMART lab.

Students are provided with opportunities to learn about different career fields, tour colleges and trade schools, volunteer in the community, and earn scholarship money to support their post-secondary education. All students are eligible for paid summer employment. Learn more about our program from our alumni OR Learn more about our program.
